This service is currently available for wigs originally created by Pink Crystal Beauty.

⏳ TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow 5-7 business days for completion after your wig has been received.

The turnaround period begins once your unit arrives and has been checked into our system.

Step 1:

Mail your wig within 48 hours of placing your order.

Step 2:

Obtain a tracking number and keep it for your records.

Step 3:

Reply to your order confirmation email with your tracking information.

Step 4:

Once your wig is received, you will receive an email confirmation.

Step 5:

Your 5-7 business day turnaround period begins.

 

Step 6:

Once your service is complete, you will receive tracking information for your return shipment.
