Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase.

**Eligibility for Returns**

- Returns are only accepted if the wig is found to be defective or not as per the agreed-upon custom specifications.

- To be eligible for a return, the wig must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

**Return Process**

- If you believe your wig is defective or does not meet your specifications, please contact our customer service team at: ceo@pinkcrystalbeauty.net within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos if applicable, to help us assess the situation.

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the wig.

**Inspection and Resolution**

**Inspection**

- Once we receive your returned wig, we will inspect it to verify the defect or discrepancy.

- If the wig is found to be defective or not as per your custom specifications, we will proceed with the resolution process.

**Resolution Options**

- If a defect or discrepancy is confirmed, we will offer a one-time replacement of the wig at no additional cost.

- If a replacement is not feasible, we will offer store credit equal to the value of the original purchase.


**Non-Returnable Items**

**Custom Orders**

- As all our wigs are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or discrepancies in specifications.

**Used Wigs**

- Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way by the customer are not eligible for returns.
