**Tracking Your Order**

**Shipping Restrictions**

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

 

**Lost or Damaged Items**

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the damage and photos if possible.

 

**Address Changes**

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

 

**Return to Sender**

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
